The organizational structure of the Bulacan Agricultural State College Library is headed by the President through the supervision of the Vice President for Academic Affairs. The College o9f Agriculture and Graduate School of Agriculture (CAGSA) , Graduate School of Education (GSE), and BASC-Doña Remedios Trinidad (DRT) Campus are under the supervision of the Dean/Campus Director in coordination with the College Librarian III. The Faculty members/support staff in charge for CAGSA, GSE and BASC-DRT are designed by their respective Deans or Campus Directors to support and assist the College Librarians in the implementation of library programs and in the day-to-day management of library services in their respective areas. The Library Advisory Committee is composed of the Vice President for Academic Affairs as Chair, Vice President for Administration and Finance as Vice Chair, College Librarian III as Secretary, College Librarian I as the Assistant Secretary, Institute Deans, Faculty representative, and a student representative as members. This Committee is responsible for formulating policies for the continued development and improvement of library resources and services.
